Lovely lot of crafty goodness on your desk today :D Love the look of that butterfly scarf, so pretty! That's going to keep you toasty warm in the winter!! There's a real nip in the air over here in the UK, everyone is full of colds as the season turns. I love autumn so much, it's my favourite season. I live by a huge forest (called Savernake if you want to google it) and the walks in there are brilliant. You can be completely surrounded by orange leaves...gorgeous :D

That is going to be a gorgeous scarf! Can't wait to see it completed! :) I'm hoping to learn how to crochet in a few weeks so I can knit me up some scarves...well, I'm sure at least one of those words was the proper terminology. lol The little flowers from the loom are darling, what all do you do with them?
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my desk already and leaving me such a sweet comment. :)

I love your butterfly scarf, the colour is absolutely stunning. And for me, journaling is the best! Looks like you are off to a great start. I'm going to check out your aprons... you've got me interested..... and oh, look... that background is my favorite paper..it's newsprint, the "out of print" one, I use it a lot! Thanks for visiting my blog yesterday and for the nice comments on my teacups and houses. I love making the houses especially... so relaxing somehow for me.cheers from Linda #120
ReplyDeleteSome very pretty things to see here this week - those wee flowers are so cute! Happy belated WOYWW,
ReplyDeleteBernice #3
My daughter has that butterfly loom, she loves to make them but has never really made them into anything.. Will have to show her your scarf.. I see one of my favourite things on your desk there a pic of an owl... Thanks for visiting my blog I am your newest follower. Sandy :)
ReplyDeleteWow that scarf looks amazing. Is it complicated? Can't wait to see it finished. I only calculate how long it takes to crochet each side because I hate to leave a pund not finished so make sure I have time to finish before bed, plus I am a counting freak, I count everything. Don't know why. Also every night I wonder why I'm not making much progress and now I know it's because it takes so long to go all the way round. Sorry for waffling.
ReplyDeleteGosh you've got lots going on here! Love the scarf, very pretty and cute little flowers too.

Hi Sandy,
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad I finally made it!! It was a crazy weekend and time just got away from me.
You have lots of interesting projects on your desk - the butterfly scarf is looking great. I need to step up my knitting from the usual cowl and spa cloths.
I think it's great to have multiple projects going - it seems that's the way I operate too.
Hugs,
Kay
