My Desk Is a Crafty Hullabaloo! - WOYWW 248

Welcome to that fabulous mid-week crafty party: What's-On-Your-Workdesk-Wednesday! Here's my mid-week desk, and yes the Ozarks had yet another snow storm, so the snow outside the window did brighten things up!

I have some happy paper-crafting going on here--a tag (I'm catching up from last week's Tag Tuesday), the beginnings of some thank you cards, some stitching, and I'm watching crafty videos on my tablet. Happy times! Here's a few little closeups.
cute little charm packs I found at a women's show last week!
Buttons on my desk - just like Julia!
Earlier in the morning I took a pic of my cream of wheat--you see my crown had popped off my tooth and it was all I could eat! Thank goodness my wonderful dentist, Dr. Gary, was able to put the thing back on! Easypeezy!
But I saved the best for last. I was so happy when the Yasutomo Origami papers came in the mail! The photo nowhere near does them justice--they are so beautiful, have this amazing elegant texture, they almost feel like fabric! My daughter and I just couldn't quit looking at all the gorgeous designs that came in the pack. I won them on Daniella Hayes' blog - thanks for having the drawing Daniella! Happy WOYWW everyone!

P.S. Call the Midwife is starting Sunday here in the U.S. - I am so excited! I think Mr. Selfridge is starting soon too! AND Dancing with the Stars!! But DD really loves Mr. Selfridge.

  1. Omg, look at those papers...they're gorgeous!! I want some even though I don't do paper crafting, lol. I thought they were fabrics at first, now there would be a fine quilt made from those lovelies!
I have featured a photo especially for you on my blog today, you might have to zoom in to read the name plate but it was at Hampton Court Palace (where Henry 8th used to live). When you are on your UK tour, it's something you need to see :-)
