No biggie--just a couple of Valentines tag cards! I love tags, and wanted to make some for the ladies in my family for heart day this year. I also would like to give them each a bouquet of wild flowers from my garden--but, with no cutting garden until summer, what's the next best thing? Give them some fun flower seeds! You can't go wrong with Zinnias--they are a beautiful, front-facing flower, and very easy to grow.
I made these with two pieces of card stock glued together and heart-punched in the bottom corners, a fun stamp, flower eyelets and ribbon, a gelato in dark purple I ran around the edges, and paper flowers. I used glue dots to attach the seed packets. And for the front, I found the perfect quote, written in dark eggplant marker.
On the back, I wrote my personal Happy Valentines Day message. Fun! Now I just hope the girls don't see my blog before they get their cards!
Happy Heart Day!
