This beautiful photograph taken last week by my high school friend, Mary, of a Florida sunset, inspired me to pull a few quotes from my lengthy quote collection. I have a page in my art journal about water--and I'm going to write them all in there. I think it's important, in the digital age, to use your handwriting in your art. Someday, your children and their children will want to see it! Who knows how far in the future handwriting may become a very treasured thing. As much as I treasure the sea.
